Ask Linda your SWEET QUESTIONS...

We will respond via e-mail and post questions and answers here from time to time.

Q. My daughter is seven and really wants to take a class, I think she is too young for cake decorating, do you ever have classes for young children? Pamela

A. Pamela, you know your daughter best, can she stay focused for more than an hour, how does she do in groups and how long has she been interserted. She may not be ready for the four session class, but she's probably ready for a workshop. Maybe a birthday party class, these are shorter and aimed at the age group attending.

Q. Are there any sugar free desserts out there that don't taste horrible? Jason L.

A. Great question, we are now offering sugar free truffles that have passed the taste test!! Plus we are working on recipes for cakes and other treats, hopefully we will be able to offer a class in sugar free baking.

Q. I'm doing a wedding cake, should I put it all together orassemble it at the site? James

A. This is one of those questions that has many answers, it all depends on the size of the cake, how stable it will be once assembled, the distance it has to travel ( corners turned, heat factors) and what you feel comfortable with. Whatever you decide it's important to have a repair kit with you to make those final touch-ups.
